PRP therapy is a minimally invasive treatment that uses the body's own blood plasma with a high concentration of platelets. These platelets contain numerous growth factors that promote cell regeneration and healing. Through targeted injections of PRP into the skin or scalp, the therapy stimulates the body's own regeneration, improves the skin's appearance, and promotes hair growth.

PRP hair treatment process: From consultation to plasma injection

PRP treatment is a modern and effective treatment for hair loss that uses the body's own blood plasma to stimulate hair growth. It involves several precisely coordinated steps – from preparation to aftercare.

Consultation: Individual analysis and therapy planning

Before the actual treatment begins, we will conduct a detailed consultation with you. We will analyze the causes of your hair loss, assess the condition of your hair roots, and check for any pre-existing conditions or concomitant medications. We will then work with you to develop a customized treatment plan. PRP therapy can also be combined with other procedures such as hair transplantation or a facelift.

Blood sampling: Basis for effective autologous blood therapy

In the second step, a small amount of your own blood is taken. This blood contains important components such as platelets and growth factors, which are to be activated by the treatment. The blood is then immediately processed in a special centrifuge to isolate the so-called platelet-rich plasma (PRP). This concentrated plasma forms the core of the PRP treatment.

Injection: Targeted application of platelet-rich plasma

In the second step, a small amount of your own blood is taken. Once the PRP has been extracted, we inject it precisely into the affected areas of your scalp using fine needles. This injection is virtually painless and performed on an outpatient basis. The plasma acts directly on the hair follicles, stimulating cell renewal and supplying the hair roots with important growth factors. The goal is to promote regeneration, slow hair loss, and support long-term new hair growth.
